Can I try it on first?
We are able to accommodate most fittings in Sydney. Please email email@example.com if this is of interest to you.
Otherwise please make use of the Size Guide on each page to determine the best fit.
What if it doesn’t fit or I am not happy with it when I receive it?
If for any reason you receive your dress and you’re not happy with it please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org We will be more than happy to send you out a replacement of your choice (you may have to pay the difference if the second dress is more expensive). If for some reason we are not able to find a replacement for you at that time we will provide you with a discount for your next rental.
A separate satchel with the return address will make sure the dress arrives safely back with us. The dress must not be worn prior to returning, and should be packaged carefully.
How long can I borrow the dress for?
All rentals are for a standard period of 4 days. Please contact us if you require a longer rental period. We are always willing to extend the rental period for anyone that should need it – as long as the dress is available.
The rental period starts from the day you receive the gown and finishes the day you put it in the mail back to us.
How do I return a garment?
Just place the dress into the separate pre-paid satchel and take it to your nearest Australia Post Office or Express Post Mail Box by 5pm on your 4th day of hire.
What if I return my order late?
Obviously we rely on our customers returning pieces on time. By returning a garment late you are potentially inconveniencing another customer. Please contact us immediately via email at email@example.com if you are unable to return the garment by the scheduled day of return. We may have to charge you again for the full rental cost if the dress is not returned on time.
Do I have to dry clean the dress?
Dry cleaning is included in the rental price of all our dresses. You don’t need to worry yourself with this – one less chore for you! Just pop it in the mail and we will take it to our expert dry cleaners as soon we receive it.
What if I damage or stain the dress?
Oops! Don’t stress! Just contact us at justonce.com.au to let us know. We have a team of expert dry cleaners and experienced seamstresses who can fix just about anything and then only the cost of repair will be passed onto you. We will deduct the repair amount from your credit card (after notifying you).
Only in the case that the dress is irreparable will you be charged the replacement value of the dress (the replacement amount will be listed on the page of the dress). This amount will be automatically deducted from your credit card once we have informed you that the dress is irreparable.
Who pays for shipping?
Express shipping to all major cities in Australia is free.
If your shipping address is located in a remote area of Australia, we will contact you to let you know of any extra shipping costs before your delivery date.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Just Once accepts payments via VISA, MasterCard & VISA Debit.
